Epona

Celtic Guardian of horses, ponies, mules and donkeys. Epona was one of the few Celtic deities to be adopted by the Romans evolving into their Patron goddess of cavalry. Representing the bond between man and horse she is also known as the Gaulish Moon Goddess, the Goddess of abundance (since she represents fertility and freedom), and as a protector of the land.
