Returns Policy

As all of our items of art and ceramics are handmade by each artist we may not be able to replace exactly an item which has been received damaged, we describe all of our work as accurately as possible and measure approx, where we are selling multiples of one item each will be unique in pattern or design as it has been handmade, we package all of our items with the upmost care and use UPS to insure valuable work arrives safely. 

Postage for returns is at the customer's own cost. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items 

We want all customers to have the best possible shopping experience at The Gallery. If you have received a damaged piece of artwork please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item at thegallerymalton@gmail.com

Please provide us with images and your order number so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
