This illustration inspired by fishing at robin hoods bay, the traditional Gansey jumpers worn by fisherman at sea and patterns knitted for them. The one that got away features a Labrador with a mackerel fish in his mouth. Bold indigo blues and bright orange yellow details on the jumper, the fish features an iridescent shine and changes in the light, like the scales of a fish.
